We've had a new phone system installed by Ontel this year and they've made the change over so easy. Full on site support for the change over, which was great. Any questions or queries we have are quickly answered by a call to the support line. Definitely 5 star service. 🙂

As a new business I had been thinking about and working on ways to make my business more desirable for consumers. I wanted my business to look professional and it had come to light that having a mobile number as a single point of telephone contact on Google may put some people off enquiring. Meirion at Ontel helped me understand that getting a business land line number set up was a much more affordable option than I had previously realised.
