It’s why you can always phone us up and
ask for us by name. You won’t be put in an annoying queue or transferred from department to department, you’ll just simply get an excellent, personal service time after time.

Simon Jerome

Passionate about business communications

Seeking another challenge to complement his IT business, Simon started ontel in June 2015. Realising that the level of service from existing business communications providers was pretty poor, he thought there must be a better way and ontel was born.

Simon’s key values of passion, dedication and customer-focus are the foundations ontel is built on and his 30 years as an IT expert working with corporate and SMB clients gives him an invaluable insight into how businesses tick.

Splitting his time between Bristol and Chesham during the week, weekends revolve around family-time with a splash of researching new tech.

Adrian Simpson

Your go-to telecom support services guy

Adrian joined ontel in October 2017 to assist Simon with the growth of the company – heading up the newly opened Bristol branch. 

His role as consultant has him doing all sorts of things including porting numbers, configuring routers, setting up phone systems, ordering, installs and dealing with the day to day support requirements of all customers.  Basically, he’s your go-to telecom support services guy!

He has always had a passion for all things ‘techy’ and at a young age built his first PC from scratch. He keeps up-to-date with all the latest tech news especially anything cloud telephony and business broadband related and has a very broad skill set which is utilised throughout the company. 

Whenever he gets a bit of downtime he enjoys going for long walks with his young family, is partial to a bit of gaming and racing both RC Cars & Quadcopters.

Jenni Wilson

Ensuring a top-notch experience

Jenni joined ontel in May 2023 to support the continued growth of the company. With a background in marketing, office management and customer service, Jenni is here to ensure a seamless experience for our clients as well as spreading the word about the great service ontel provides!

In her role as Account Manager she is all about building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and coming up with effective solutions. She also works on promoting ontel’s services and engaging with prospective clients to welcome more businesses into the ontel family. 

When not flying the ontel flag, she enjoys live music, women’s football and anything animal/nature related. She is easily won over by a dog!
